We've been here in Matlock for eighty years and like to think we have an excellent reputation for our friendly and helpful service. Inside these old buildings you will find some of the most up to date bikes and accessories, but no high pressure selling - if you want to browse, feel free.

We stock many leading brands of cycle including MARIN,TREK, WHYTE,GT,WILIER, MONGOOSE and DAHON. Many other brands such as RALEIGH,CLAUD BUTLER,DAWES,BIANCHI,GARY FISHER,MEZZO,NORCO,FALCON,CHARGE and DIAMOND BACK are available to order.

Just as important as what you buy, is where you buy it from. These days many shops are very casual or indifferent about advice they give you and are equally casual about the way they set the bikes up. At Stanley Fearn's we will take the time to talk things through with you so that you get the right bike and we will be very thorough in building up and adjusting the bike to make sure it is properly ready-to-ride.

At the end of this section you will find various links to other parts of the site. The Choosing a bike section gives advice on choosing a cycle for those of you needing a bit of help. We also say quite a lot more about the importance of correct bike set-up. We hope you will find the Shop History and Staff pages interesting.

Our Accessories page gives direct links to the websites of our major suppliers. We haven't attempted to make listings of our huge range of parts and accessories because things change so rapidly, but by clicking onto the links you can catch up with all the latest developments. Many products are in stock with us now and most other items from the various manufacturers can be ordered in very quickly.

The road layout in Matlock has just been changed,so our map on the location page is out of date,but follow the signs in town-it's very straightforward.We are easy to find,because we are only about 300 metres from the town centre, heading out on the main road to Bakewell. If you are coming to us on the A6 from Derby the new road takes you past Sainsbury's to a new roundabout on the west side of town.You then take the exit for the town centre.We are about 600 metres on the right.
